Calzedonia Flagship Revamp

We undertook a $1.5MM remodel of Calzedonia’s flagship US location on Broadway in SoHo, New York, NY. This project involved transforming the existing retail space into a modern, inviting store that reflects Calzedonia’s brand identity and enhances the shopping experience for its customers.

Our team worked meticulously to redesign the layout, incorporate high-end finishes, and install cutting-edge lighting and display systems. The remodel not only improved the store's aesthetic appeal but also optimized the space for better customer flow and product visibility.

In addition to the SoHo flagship, City Code Construction has supported Calzedonia with retail build-outs across multiple U.S. markets, including Los Angeles, California; Atlanta, Georgia; and Dallas, Texas. These multi-market projects demonstrate our ability to deliver consistent results and brand execution across diverse regional environments.
